Muscle stretched: Back and abs.

Positioning: Lie down in a supine (face-up) position. Maintain knees straight, and legs rested on floor. Straighten out elbows and continue to keep arms adjacent for your head.

Movement: as you exhale, press your legs and arms in opposite directions, along the horizontal plane (legs press downward and arms press overhead). Hold stretch for two to 3 extended counts. Even though inhaling, ease out of stretch. Perform 3 to five reps.

Tip: Keep neck and shoulders relaxed, even as you press your limbs in opposite directions. Avoid pressing your head and/or heels down into the floor.

Knee Hugs

Muscle stretched: Back

Positioning: Lie down in a supine (face-up) position. Hug your knees to your chest. Hold your legs from under the knees (this prevents any unnecessary stress on the knees). Bring your chin to your knees.

Movement: As you exhale, pull your legs and chest in toward each other. Hold stretch for two long counts. Whilst inhaling, ease out of stretch, bringing your feet and back to the floor. Perform 3 to five reps.

Tip: Be sure to continue breathing as you hold your stretch. For additional stretching, add a slight side-to-side rocking motion as you hold each stretch. When lowering your feet and head to the floor, keep the rear of your rib cage pressed to the floor.

    Sleep in a comfortable and firm mattress.
    Sleep in a room that is dark, quiet and fresh smelling.
    Sleep with clean, soft, and comfortable clothes.
    Keep your hands and feet warm. Scientific studies have shown that warm hands and feet will help induce REM (rapid eye movement) deep sleep. Cold hands and feet will keep you from deep sleep.
    Drink a big glass of water before going to bed and when you wake up; this will help clean out your system.
    Practice total relaxation and deep breathing for a few minutes before you go to bed.
    Relax from head to toe. Close your eyes and relax every part of your body.
    Maintain a habit of sleeping at the same time everyday, including weekends.
    Sleep on your back with a flat pillow under your knees. This will align your spine properly and prevent any back aches caused by sleeping in a bent position.

    Undoubtedly, the quality, quantity, and type of food we eat affect our height, growth, and health. We cannot emphasize enough how important your food intake is in determining how much growth you can possibly obtain. The types of food you eat will either improve or decrease your growth potential.
    After careful consideration and research, the daily content of protein, carbohydrates, fats and water can be achieved if the following items were taken regularly.

    Egg Yolk Beef Red Meat

    If you want to be taller just set that goal. Don’t think bad thoughts that you will forever be short just set your head into believing you’ll grow, believe me it works. The mind has not limit when used properly.     It certainly wont hurt to stretch.

    join a Yoga class.

    Or simply hang on the chin up bar for a bit. It feels great
    and will make you a little taller temporarily,
    until you walk around a bit and gravity puts you back in your place.

    Unfortunately constant jogging over the years will compact the spine and make you shorter in time.
    You are better off swimming or becoming a yoga guru.

    genetic determines the size of the human skeletal system, exercise has no effect on increasing it. stretching, yoga, etc. may help to correct issues with the posture but will not increase the length of bone.
