I am 17 years old and will be 18 in March. And currently I am 5’10.5 feet tall. And I really want to be 6’0 feet tall. I heard from most doctors that after the age of 18 or in the mid 17, you stop growing. A day ago, I saw this video and the guy said that exercising, hanging, eating food, and drinking water would help. Will it help me in this age? And also tell me what to eat and what would I need and also tell me all the foods which contain all the nutrients. Just to give more information, my dad’s height is 5’11.5 feet and my mom’s is 5.5 feet. Please help me what to do. I really need to be 6’0 feet tall and I think I don’t have much time left.

You will most likely not stop growing until your late teens. You are only 14. I am sure you are not done growing.
There are very expensive and VERY PAINFUL bone lengthening surgeries which can be done. In the United States, they are only done on certain people who are likely candidates for such a procedure and at 4’8″ and as you are not a LP (Little Person), you would most likely not be able to find a doctor to do such a procedure on you.
Think of it this way. Why does girls come back to school the summer before junior year with new noses? Deviated septum? HA! That’s the line they all give. No, doctors will only perform such a procedure on people 16 and older b/c you facial structure has typically grown to its adult size.
So keep eating healthy and exercising. You should be fine. And I don’t know what “dumb pills” you’re talking about? But they can’t be real…

Just eat healthy and excercise regularly. You’re still growing, you’re only 13, don’t worry about it, you’re still going through puberty. Stay away from drugs and smoking. And ofcourse, make sure you get a lot of sleep.
What to do to grow taller..?
Well. I’m 14. I’m 163cm tall and weight 43kg. also I’m shortest (& thinnest) in my class (classmates are +170 cm)
